Disclaimer

Pulls N Handles, Hardware Essentials and the hardware manufacturers cannot be held responsible for inaccurate placement or spacing of hardware holes on your cabinetry. Never drill holes for hardware in your cabinetry before receiving your hardware and physically measuring the actual hardware dimensions for accuracy. Do not rely solely upon sizes and dimensions provided on our website. It is the responsibility of the person performing the installation to verify the hardware dimensions by measuring each product before drilling.

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected on this site will never be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other party or company. The information collected is for the sole purpose of processing credit card purchases and shipping the product.

Shipping

All in stock items will be shipped from our base in Southern California within 3-5 business days of your online order. If any items are back-ordered, you will be notified by email within 48 hours with an approximate ship date. If that date does not work, let us know and we will issue a full refund.

Shipping and Order Confirmations

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You'll receive a 2nd email when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number so you can track your order and find out the exact delivery date. 

Back-ordered Items

We specialize in getting you our products in a timely manner. On occasion an item may not be readily available and must be back-ordered from the manufacturer. If any part of an order is back-ordered, we follow these steps:

» Notify you by email which items are on back-order and the estimated ship date. This email is sent within 48 hours of the order being placed by you.

» Items on back-order are charged at point of sale in full. This is to reserve your item. A refund can be issued if the item is successfully cancelled before we ship it to you. If you need to cancel a back-ordered item, please contact customer service by email or phone call as soon as possible and we will attempt to halt shipment of the product. A confirmation email or phone call will be made to you to confirm the cancellation and subsequent credit or change to your order.

» The back-ordered item(s) will ship within 1-2 days after arriving in our warehouse. To ensure you receive all email communications and that our order notification emails are not caught by SPAM-filters, please add customerservice@pullsnhandles.com to your address book or safe list.

Sales Tax

Pulls N Handles is located in California. We are obligated to collect California sales tax on any items shipped within California. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of California.

Returns

If you wish to return any items, you have 30 days from the date of items received for a full refund. The product must be in it's original packaging, unopened and in re-sellable condition. If the original packaging has been opened, we are not able to accept the return of the opened product and we are not able to refund your money for the opened product. The packaging must not be altered, be free of writing, scratches and any damage. We cannot accept returns on special order items. All sales are final on special order and non stocked items. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer pays for return shipping charges.

In the event that you wish to return your purchase, please email us at customerservice@pullsnhandles.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to start your return. Once we receive your request to return, we will contact you by email within 48 hours with your RMA # and instructions on how to properly return your merchandise. 


Defective Merchandise

If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. Defective or damaged items will be replaced and shipped at no cost to you upon our receipt of your defective or damaged items. YOU MUST FILL OUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) REQUEST AND WE WILL ISSUE YOU AN RMA # BEFORE YOU RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE. All returns must have authorization with an RMA # to receive credit or replaced items. No credit or replacement of items will be issued without an RMA #. Please email us at customerservice@pullsnhandles.com to obtain your RMA.

Screws

All pulls, handles, and knobs come with screws, approximately 1" long. However, you may require longer screws to go through your drawers and drawer fronts, which can be found at your local hardware store.

Matching Finishes

Please note when choosing your decorative handles, if you are choosing different decorative handles that you require finishes to match, you want to stay within the same manufacturer. With most, but not all finishes, it is not necessary to stay within the same collection to match finishes, however, it is necessary to stay within the same manufacturer to obtain a direct match in finishes.
