Pullsnhandles.com and the hardware manufacturers cannot be held responsible for inaccurate placement or spacing of hardware holes on your cabinetry. Never drill holes for hardware in your cabinetry before physically measuring the actual hardware dimensions for accuracy. Do not rely solely upon sizes and dimensions provided on our website. It is the responsibility of the person performing the installation to verify the hardware dimensions by measuring each product before drilling.

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected on this site will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other party or company. The information collected is for the sole purpose of processing credit card purchases and shipping the product.


All in stock items will be shipped from our base in Southern California within 3-5 business days of your online order. If any items are backordered, you will be notified by email within 48 hours with an approximate ship date. If that date does not work for you we will refund your money.

Shipping and Order Confirmations

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You'll receive a 2nd email when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number so you can track your order and find out the exact delivery date. You'll receive more then 1 shipment confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments. Please add our email, customerservice@pullsnhandles.com to your address book to avoid our shipment confirmations going to SPAM. Please add a phone number to the "instructions" on PayPal when you are checking out, in the event we need to contact you via telephone.

Backordered Items

We specialize in getting you our products in a timely manner. On occasion an item may not be readily available and must be backordered from the manufacturer. If any part of an order is backordered, we follow these steps:

Notify you by email which items are on backorder and the estimated ship date. This email is sent within 48 hours of the order being placed by you.

Items on backorder are charged at point of sale in full. This is to reserve your item. A refund can be issued if the item is successfully cancelled before we ship it to you. Backordered items can be cancelled if they are confirmed as not shipped. If you need to cancel a backordered item, please contact customer service by email or phone call and we will attempt to halt shipment of the product. A confirmation email or phone call will be made to you to confirm the cancellation and subsequent credit or change to your order.

As the ship date approaches (within 1-2 days of ship date) we will notify you again by email. To ensure you receive all email communications and that our order notification emails are not caught by SPAM-filters, please add customerservice@pullsnhandles.com to your address book or safe list.

Sales Tax

Pullsnhandles.com is located in California. We are obligated to collect California sales tax on any items shipped within California. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of California.


If you wish to return any items, you have 30 days from the date of items received for a full refund. We cannot accept returns on special order items. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer pays for return shipping charges.

We require that our customers request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before returning any merchandise. In the event that you wish to return your purchase, simply fill out our return form by clicking on the red "request your RMA #" below to receive your RMA number. You will receive your RMA # by email within 48 hours with instructions on how to properly return your merchandise.

Defective Merchandise

If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days of receipt of the merchandise. Defective or damaged items will be replaced and shipped at no cost to you upon our receipt of your defective or damaged items. YOU MUST FILL OUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) REQUEST AND WE WILL ISSUE YOU AN RMA # BEFORE YOU RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE. All returns must have authorization with an RMA # to receive credit or replaced items. No credit or replacement of items will be issued without an RMA #.


All pulls, handles, and knobs come with screws, approximately 1" long. However, you may require longer screws to go through your drawers and drawer fronts, which can be found at your local hardware store.

Matching Finishes

Please note when choosing your decorative handles, if you are choosing different decorative handles that you require finishes to match, you want to stay within the same manufacturer. It is not necessary to stay within the same collection to match finishes, however, it is necessary to stay within the same manufacturer to obtain a direct match in finishes.
